What we cover

The trades a home or a rental unit needs, through one team.

  • AC servicing and repair

Servicing, filters, coils and drain lines, faults found and fixed, and units replaced when repair no longer makes sense.

  • Plumbing

Leaks found and stopped, blocked drains cleared, taps, fixtures and pipework repaired or replaced, water heaters checked.

  • Electrical

Faults traced, sockets, switches and lighting repaired or installed, distribution boards checked, and anything warm or tripping looked at properly.

  • Carpentry and doors

Doors, frames, locks and hinges, built-in cupboards, shelving and the woodwork that sticks, sags or stops closing.

  • Painting and finishing

Walls and ceilings prepared and painted, damp marks treated before they are covered, touch-ups between tenancies and full repaints.

  • Handyman and appliances

The small jobs that pile up: mounting, fixing, assembling, sealing, and appliances diagnosed, repaired or replaced.

  • Cleaning and pest control

Deep cleans between tenancies and after works, and pest control arranged and followed up.

  • Roof, walls and waterproofing

Cracks, damp, water ingress and roof problems investigated and repaired, with the cause dealt with rather than the mark.

What you get on every job

The four things that make a repair painless.

  • 1 written quote

Before any work starts: the work, the materials and the price in writing, approved by you.

  • 1 team

AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and handyman jobs through one team, in the right order.

  • 1 confirmed time

An appointment agreed with you or your tenant and confirmed the day before. If it moves, you’re told.

  • 1 photo report

The finished job, photographed and sent to you against the quote it was done to.

How a job runs

4 steps, the same for a dripping tap or a full repaint.

  1. You message us

What’s wrong, where the property is, and a photo if you have one. WhatsApp, the form or a call back.

  2. We look and quote

In person if it needs it. You get a written quote: the work, the materials and the price. Nothing starts before you approve it.

  3. We do the work at the agreed time

We agree a time with you or your tenant and confirm it the day before. If anything changes once the work is open, you hear first.

  4. You get the photos

What was wrong and what was fixed, against the quote it was done to. Whether you live in the unit or abroad, you see the finished job.

Planned maintenance

A plan beats a breakdown

A breakdown picks its own time: a Friday night, a heatwave, the week you’re abroad. A plan picks the time for you, when the unit is empty and nobody is rushed. It starts with a survey of the property, so the year’s work is the work your building actually needs.

Who we work for

Owners who want the problem fixed properly, without running the job themselves.

  • Homeowners

An apartment or a villa you live in. You want the problem fixed properly, by people who turn up when they said they would.

  • Landlords

One unit or several, with tenants in them. You want the calls to stop, the quote before the spend, and photos instead of a visit.

  • Owners abroad

You own in Dubai and live elsewhere. You need someone on the ground who quotes in writing and shows you what was done.

  • Small buildings and managers

A family building, or a manager with units to look after. One team for all the trades, and a plan for the year.

Why RenovoFix

  • One team, every trade

A bathroom refresh is a plumber, an electrician and a painter in the right order. You call one number; we book the trades.

  • The quote comes first

Nothing starts without a written quote you’ve approved. If a job changes once it’s open, you hear before it’s done, not on the invoice.

  • You see the finished job

Photos of what was wrong and what was fixed, sent to you against the quote. Useful when you live in the unit; essential when you don’t.

Questions people ask us

Plain answers. If yours isn’t here, ask us on WhatsApp.

What kind of work does RenovoFix do?
The maintenance a home or a rental unit needs: AC servicing and repair, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and doors, painting, handyman jobs, appliances and water heaters, cleaning and pest control, and repairs to roofs, walls and waterproofing. For bigger changes, such as a bathroom or kitchen refurbishment, we quote the whole job.
How does a job start?
You message us with what's wrong, where the property is, and a photo if you have one. We look, in person if it needs it, and send you a written quote. Nothing starts until you've approved it.
What does the quote include?
The work, the materials and the price, in writing. If something changes once the work is open, for example a pipe that turns out to be worse than it looked, you hear about it before it's done, not on the invoice.
Do I need to be there?
Only if you want to be. If you live abroad or don't live in the unit, we agree access with you or your tenant, and you get photos of the finished work either way.
I'm a landlord with a tenant in the unit. How does it work?
Your tenant reports the problem to you or straight to us, whichever you prefer. We arrange access with the tenant, quote you, and do the work once you've approved it. You see what was wrong and what was fixed.
What is planned maintenance?
The routine work that stops things breaking: AC servicing before summer, water heaters before winter, drains, electrical checks and the small repairs found along the way. It starts with a survey of the property, so the plan fits your building rather than a brochure. The details and the price come from that survey.
Which areas do you cover?
